Does it affect the difficulty level? If you are a sunday league footballer does it make more difficult? Or International footballer makes it slightly easier? CrashOverride Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 If you start as a sunday leauge player and take over a top level club the players are going to "find it hard to motivate themselves to play for a manger of your standing". If you start as an ex-international and manage in the lowest active league your going to get head hunted by bigger clubs quite quickly. Sunday League footballers would start at the bottom Internations can go straight in at the top Fit the rest in where you want.
