Clubs transfer listing potentialy great young players

In my game Spanish clubs, particularly Real and Barcelona are continuing to transfer list players between tha ages of 17 and 21. And they are players who have potential to be either good or leading players in the best leagues. Some of them have an asking price of a million or two, but there are great many of them who get an asking price of 0. And they are not at all players who will never reach their potential, they are fairly decent already.

Why is this happening, how do I fix it? Has anybody else got this?

PS. I`m running only the 3 top leagues in England.

And should I feel bad about signing them?

It doesn`t seem all that realistic if I do.

Not sure why this happens, they release players like bojan too. Should be fixed in the next patch.

It's a very well-known and much discussed bug. We've labeled it 'The Bojan Bug' although it affects many young players from many nations. It is a very serious problem which we hope SI are addressing for the next patch.

Oh, does the same tend to happen even if the Spanish League is loaded as playable?

(Interestingly Bojan is stil at Barcelona in my game, tied up until 2017 or 2018.)

Maybe not to Bojan; what seems to happen is that AI clubs chuck out young players (and regens) with huge PAs but CAs too low to be worthy of a first-team squad place. Obviously, Bojan has a high CA, so he's simply the most illogical example when it happens.

Also what I miss is general purchasing activity. Everybody seems to have turned into Arsene Wenger and stopped buying players. I had Liverpool not touch their transfer budget for three seasons out of five.
