MrSlav
What would you guys say is a safe amount of first team changes that can occur without ruining the chemistry of the team and morale? Or does it not matter as long as you keep the same captain?
mr_pimpnuts
Depends on your squad personality?
Puluzu
I always use 2 different squads so very often I change the whole XI and sometimes about half of them so that the squads are equally good. The best XI plays about 2/3 of all games. It has worked for me very well and I haven't noticed any problems, I just won the treble with Valencia and in fm08 I won 4 trebles in a row using this system. I have never understood when some people say heavy rotation messes their squad up completely... I'd say something else is wrong there, for example the individual settings are set to suit the first choice players and they don't suit the fringe players. That said, surely it has some kind of effect but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
