Listening to scouts??

was just wondering does everyone else listen solely to their scout?i generally get top scouts in and always go with their verdict of a player,just at min have found couple of players who look world class and scouts rate them good just not top quality?any ideas?

scouts stas are 20/20 CurrAb/JudgPot.

Scouts might think that the player your looking at might not play well in your sqaud so they might not rate him as highly as you expect? Just an idea, not sure how true it is!

I only use scouts for unmasking attributes, because in Football Manager 2007, I was playing as Los Angeles Galaxy and in the second season, I drafted a regen player (Joseph Magintosh) (Right midfielder) and the scouts said he was no use, but he always delivered 7-8 ratings and only 6 on bad day (which was rare), he even pushed David Beckham into center midfield or out on the bench. After 3 seasons, bigger teams were trying to get him, but he choose to stay and ended up, having almost as good stats as David Beckham.
