You could always send your assistant manager! However, I know what you mean about the press conferences, they are a great addition but sometimes a little repetitive. I like them though. But here in fm i only know one word:determined,ambitious etc...his personality. In real life if you say something that will have upset a player( i doubt that-after all is just some questions ..is not like you say that a player is stupid) you could always apologize to him.
