Player suddenly doesn't want to come

Just finsished my first season with Man City and came third. Put in an accepted bid for Udinese's Gokhan Inler and he requested 88k a week and other stuff which I gave him. He then rejects that contract stating no reasons. I put in another accepted bid for him and suddenly he has no ineterest in coming even after I offer him 135k a week. What has changed his mind from being ready to come to not being interested at all? He also states on his personal bit that he wants to leave Udinese.

This happened to me with jack wilshere i made a 10 mill offer was accepted offerd a contract he wanted to come he rejected the contract saying wants first team apprence bonus so i thought fair shout negotitate contract and now does not want to come yet where he rejected the contract and he asked for first team bonus he said he is eager to join man city. what happened here between me clicking negotiate to the contract screen !
