Cadijk van Kaarhandel
The third level in Spain, Segunda B, Divisions A to D - are these Regional? And in which Region does each one cover? Is it North, South, East, West? And does the game re-sort them by latitude/longitude after relegations/promotions at the end of each season?
TwoShedsJackson
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Segunda_Divisi%C3%B3n_B_Groups_1-4 this seems to indicate it is mostly regional, presumably to help keep travel costs and the likes down for smaller clubs. Group 1 is Basque region and Galicia, 2 is central plus teams from the Canary Islands (which have to be put somewhere and are presumably put there for easier air travel?), 3 is Catalonia and eastern region in general, 4 is Andalusia and the south.
