Could any1 explain to me as what the PA meeans and comes under

for example is -10 world class and between 170/200 ? then what are -9 and -8 ?

-9 is 150-180

-8 is 130-160

Well -9 / -10 is best, but -8 the player could s till be a good prem player in the future.
