cemthetriton Posted November 21, 2008 Share Posted November 21, 2008 Now that the initial headaches seem to be squared away, and FM addicts are smiling once again (myself included), I am sure that there has been a fair share of "thank yous" to the SI team (and deservedly so). I realize that this release has left many a frustrated FM fan, and SI/SEGA are culpable, but having said that, this has to be one of the top customer service efforts period. The fact that compatibility issues, roster updates and bug fixes, etc. are even included as patch downloads (not to mention free of charge) is a very refreshing approach that is all too absent in today's world of capitalism. While I was very disappointed by the overall release fiasco, I must say that SI have saved face and have left me very impressed by their efforts to rectify the situation. I think I speak on behalf of the majority of users when I say well done, and thank you very, very much, all of your efforts are greatly appreciated.
