Any way of tweaking the ratings?

Is there any way of tweaking the ratings so that they are integers (full numbers), perhaps using an .xml file or something?

I hate these decimal ratings and would rather they just round the numbers off. I have no idea what to do with the decimal and just take the initial number into account. If somone scores 6.3 and someone scores 6.9 what do you do, it seems silly? Is 6.3 bad and 6.9 good? I used to think 6 was poor/none and 7 okay/good.
