Arsenal_Fan_1986 Posted November 18, 2008 Share Posted November 18, 2008 I've started to put a good run together and at first my Assistant pre-match said X-player was looking over confident and cocky, I wasnt too bothered by this... Just about to start my next game and he says the whole team look over confident. I'm worried this will cost me some games. How do I let my team know they still have to work and its not easy? Team talk? Press conferences? I just fear if I say something too bad I'll have the complete reverse affect and upset some of the team. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Generally what I did in the demo with cocky Arsenal and it seemed to work.
