Training Suggestions

Hey there guys. I am enjoying the game so much lately, but i was wondering if someone can help me or give me a training guide.

How do you manager your trainings?

how should i set my training schedule in pre-season and in season?

I divide my team training to defense, midfield, attack and etc.., and overall i set the workload to medium (right on the boarder of heavy)

I usually also have my strength and aerobic in medium (right in the mid. of medium)

How would you handle training?

am i doing things right or wrong?
