I was under the impression that it would be a case of sending the assistant manager to a team to enquire if it was possible to loan some players off them however every time I do it I end up getting him back saying talks were unsuccessful however at the same time of enquiring to Manchester United, I was able to loan Fabio off them. I searched Real Madrid and didn't get anything back and I thought, fair enough, I'm Glasgow Rangers, makes sense.
