AI Selection of Squad Numbers

First, I'd like to say I'm very happy about the display of squad numbers as one of the views on the squad screen, and that 'retired' numbers are in the game. However, poor AI selection of squad numbers (almost always for youngsters occasionally playing in the first team) is still very poorly implemented. I am playing as Southampton and just happened to check out an Arsenal game to see that Rui Fonte is wearing 6! Which brings me onto a second point - 6 is Senderos' number, and if he comes back to Arsenal after his Milan loan he'll retain it.

I was wondering:

1) If SI could implement 'weighting' to squad numbers with respect to who gets them, so youngsters who aren't regularly in the First Team squad only get 30+ for example;

2) If there would be a way we can 'freeze' the squad number of a loanee for one season so he can resume it when he returns; now, the only way for us to do this is to remember the number of every player we loan out, as their numbers are taken away from them during their season out.
