I'm a lower league teams fan and I want to play with União da Serra (Portugal) in FM09 wich is Amateur or Semi-Pro and I can't give professional contracts so all the palyers go away... If you win matches and achieve promotion, one year you will become professional. For example, in England, when a club reaches League 2 it becomes professional.
