11Clarkie11 Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 Im Tottenham and on my first title defence in 2008 i am without 6 key players :- Breno, Nani, Giovani Dos Santos, Henri Saivet, Guilherme and Rafael Sobis who all played a major role in my 2007/08 title win. They are set to miss the first three games against Man Utd, Charlton Athletic and a bogey team - Aston Villa. Will the new withdrawal rules be implemented into FM 09. Management Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 according the the FIFA rules, you cannot stop any player under the age of 23 from going to the olympics, you can however withdraw the over 23 players. If i remember correctly anyway For example, a while back Barcelona were up in arms about letting Messi go to the olympics but because he's Under 23 they couldn't, but they let Ronaldinho go which tells ya something:P Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
