(What I mean is, if you have Windows did you download the Windows version etc.) If you did download the right version, there's probably a problem with your computer's disk drive. Try cleaning it with a lens cleaner CD, which you can buy in most computer/music stores, as this usually sorts out the problem. If not, you'll probably have to buy a replacement disk drive.
