Please sort these issues!

When players moan (frequently) about too much (or not enough) training; give me a button option that says "Tell coach to sort this out with the player!"

I am heartily sick of those sliders on the training page & seriously do not believe it's my job to personally fix these schedules: that's why I hired top quality coaches.

Also; for goodness sake get rid of the button that asks me to confirm that I want to get rid of scout reports. It's a waste of time! It's not exactly a ball-breaker even if I pressed it & regretted it. Just get scout to give me a new one!

Likely to be too late for 2013, but both these features are way overdue a fix from FM.
