Players unhappy. Team is underachieving. Fine, except....

It's closed season. Yes the team did underperform (finished 10th when they were expected to push for promotion) but that's why the previous manager was sacked and I joined the club after 18 games. My performance with the board was not under scrutiny. It's just that the players, now the season has finished has decided to have a go at me for it.

Is it me? I have released a number of players and bought in some more for the future but the core squad is very good and should achieve much better this season.
