Manager wants Club post

Why does this always come up when you apply for a job? Not every manager goes through the media when they want a job. It's annoying when you apply for another job and even if your doing well the fans and board instantly turn on you, I know they would if it came out a manager applied for another post but often they wouldn't find out, or at least the fans wouldn't.

Also why are clubs so unprofessional when responding if a low reputation manager applies? No club would laugh off interest from a manager publicly no matter how reputable, maybe behind closed doors, but certainly not in the media, most clubs would show more class.

Hopefully this feature is taken out for FM13 or at least you get the option to do publicly.

Sorry if this comes across as a bit of a rant, it's just a bit of a pet peeve I have with the game.
