Widespread Low morale

Ive noticed on this game that when a new manager is appointed to a club that all the players in the squad get very bad morale. This seems to happen to the A.I managers as well as to human managers I recently was offered the chelsea job and took the job I have a world class rep and when i took the job chelsea were top of the league so this is a side that has been winning games.
