Slow moving into inbox screen?

I do not no why this is perhaps you could help me?

My laptop runs FM fine, it is very quick in almost every screen other than when I move into the inbox, in which it often stops responding for a few seconds before moving on?

Any help would be good.

No explanation?

Could someone please shed some light on this, it's really quite irritating.

Any possible cause. The game is fast in all areas, yet EVERY time I move from any other screen into the inbox the game stops responsing from around 5-10 seconds which really slows everything down. I have no idea why this happens?

As I said the all other, including the tactics screens run fine.

You're not alone - I've seen this happening to me lately too. Moving between news items also seems to have slowed down.

Some googling has revealed that "notes" may be a problem - go in and delete all your old notes (even if you don't have many). Sped my inbox right back up.

This has been driving me crazy for months and I finally decided to come search on the SI forums and solved it.

Can't believe I've been sitting there staring at a slow-loading screen for 3 seasons.... still - promotion in all but one so worth it!
