Friendly proposals

Here's the problem. Twice now I have been approached for a friendly. Both times I have rejected them. However a few days after when I go to propose my own friendlies, the original proposals still show up as proposals in the fixtures, preventing me from organising a friendly for that date, even though I had previously rejected the approach. Whats the deal?

I rejected these a few days ago. Why have they doubled up aswel? It was supposed to be a tournament btw.
