jimmyt86 Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 I seem to be seeing very little time between the board placing teams under a transfer embargo and it either falling through or going ahead. Surely they would be time between the talks starting and ending as there would be negotiations etc. I had a 1 day turn around and see this quite frequently.
