Hundreds of Assistant Managers get sacked at start of new game

Hi Guys

I've just looked at the Staff "Ins and Outs" tab on the transfers screen and noticed that hundreds of Assistant Managers seem to have been replaced across the world but not one coach, scout, etc has shared the same fate.

Can i ask any 5+ season saved gamers whether this settles down after a while and also do coaches get replaced if teams are not performing?

Seems a bit rubbish if coaches are invincible and still keep their "high-profile" jobs for years even if they have crap stats. I have noticed that even amazing coaches who are free at start of a new game (eg Fitness coach with 20 fitness, 20 young, 20 motivating) are not wanted by any teams. They should be wanted by half the teams on the game and not only picked up by a human manager at a lower-league team.
