What does it take to get your players to favourite your club?

This has been something that has irked me for a long time now.

At some point, all of my players take a liking to me and I end up on their favoured personnel list. On the other hand, something that rarely seems to happen is my players liking my club enough to get them added to the favoured clubs list.

Now every time one of my players goes out on loan, they always (and I mean always) come back with the club they were loaned at on they favoured clubs list.

I'm just wondering why this is the case? All of the players at my club are happy, we are winning titles, I give youngsters first team oppurtunities more often and earlier than other clubs would do.....I just see why they wouldn't have my club on their favoured clubs list.

So. What does it take for players to favourite a club?
