Eastwood Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 So after eventually getting around the XML parsing error last night (took about an hour all in all by the way) and having time to play two whole matches, I left the game. Come on today and click the desktop shortcut to get a different error this time. "Steam.exe (main exception): ERROR: copying steamnew.exe to steam.exe failed. Win32 Error 32 "the process cant access the file because its being used by another process. Any solutions for this **** application known as steam please?
