What attributes do you take in consideration?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

Im currently managing Kidderminster Harriers in the Conference and im just setting up a new tactic. I'm also reading Tactical Theories and Theorems 10 which was released a couple of years ago to "inspire" me to build a good 4-4-2 tactic for them.

What im struggling with at the minute is the Philosophy of the tactic. Obviously I know that if you play a fluid philosophy you need to have good players that can do it and on the flip of that poor players can't play fluid because they aren't good enough or even fit enough.

So im looking at the TT&F10 guide and there is an interesting sentence what says..

"Simply, rigid philosophies can work well with weaker players with low mental attributes, whereas players with great creativity, positioning and decision making skills may well thrive in the more loosely constructed tactic."

So my question is what sorts of stats do you deem to be high for conference players and what stats would you say is below conference standard?
