Service to strikers

I believe that there should be an option in Team instructions for the service to strikers.

When playing perhaps 2 small quick strikers or forwards with good feet and no aerial threat, there is very little you can do to ensure their service is always in to feet or over the top. Even when using short passing I see long balls to my strikers or service which I do not wish yet there is no way to tell my players how I want them to feed the strikers.

Similar to the target man options, there should be a general stikers service instead of having to have only one player (the target man) having all the service how I want.

I think this is a fundamental tactic which needs resolving in future FM games.

not a bad idea, but I would add that setting from where your players cross from has the sort of effect you're after. Crossing from deep helps faster forwards as there's space for them to run behind the defence: crossing from the byeline is better for good headers of the ball.

oh, and playing through the middle also affects how you play, as opposed to playing it wide. Your idea has a lot going for it, but there are subtler ways of influencing how your strikers receive the ball
