alexisgreatest
Is there any particular stats to edit for a chairman so he is more likely to sack a manager? In Italy some clubs go through 3 managers in 1 season. In my current game I fancy taking over Real Madrid but they seem to have no interest in sacking Mourinho who in 6 years has managed to win 1 trophy, I think in real life even Madrid would have got bored of Mourinho after 6 years without winning the league. Alan A Wadge
Patience as far as i know. It effects how patient a chairman is with his manager.
alexisgreatest
So if I set a chairmans patience at 1 he should sack a manager more often? Trying to do it so that if a manager underperforms he is out rather than taking 5 years of no success to sack a manager
