djdanj
Hi, When playing a friendly tour in USA for example do you grain a better rep and gain more money from it? or does it not impact you in anyway? Thanks
liam bell
In my experience, no. Tours are just a series of friendly matches useful only to get your players fit for the new season in my opinion. I could be wrong though.
ThePoshTom
If you arrange a friendly yourself, when you choose teams from the drop down menu, the umber in the brackets is the money they are paid if you're at home and you get if you play away. Ryknow
Some one did a test a while ago that showed 'Merchandise' revenue didn't improve when doing a tour, where it should. I'm not sure about FM11, but it should increase 'Merchandise' revenue, rep (slightly)/fan base, and produce a large amount of income (basically already implemented). I think the income you get from touring in FM is no way near what they get IRL also not sure whether it's worthwhile due to other expenses like cost of travel.
