Callumth Posted June 6, 2011 Share Posted June 6, 2011 Hello, I'm trying to start a journeyman game, but past reputation doesn't seem to be working how anybody else has described it. I have England League One and above loaded. If I start as 'Automatic', instead of being set to the lowest level, I seem to be eligible to take over the likes of Nottingham Forest and Derby. My reputation is set to 'Continental' with Automatic, too - using the editor, I can see it gives me 'home' 10000, current 7999, and world 5400. Which seems far too high to me. Scab Posted June 6, 2011 Share Posted June 6, 2011 On "Automatic" FM11 will attempt to pick a reputation for you that will make sure that you find a club to manage - and if you don't load low enough leages, "Sunday league footballer" will be greyed out - presumably to avoid players being stuck unemployed without finding a job because none of the loaded clubs will take them. Try loading more of the lower leagues and it shouldn't be quite as high, and/or pick the sunday league option rather than automatic for a very low starting rep.
