Can't call players up (bug?)

Hey guys, i've just hit a bit of snag here - I'm trying to call up Jack Wilshere and Keiran Gibbs to the England squad, but for some reason the game won't let me. Whenever I click on national team in their profile, it gives me the options of;

Remove from national pool

Request match reports

Remove scout reports

I've also noticed that ever since I withdrew Fabregas and Van Persie from international duty over a year ago, it still has "withdrawn from international squad" in the status tab and neither of them has been called up since (I'm also Arsenal manager by the way).

Is this a known problem? How do I fix it? Thanks.
