A question about good staff

hmm, doesnt seem to be a decent forum in which to post this, this one is the closest i could find.

anyway, apart from tactical knowledge, and buying players (when asking to filter out etc..) what other "hidden" attributes would affect the effectiveness of an assistant manager?

must admit to sometimes looking in the SI editor at hidden attributes, guess that's my choice. i wonder if pressure, temperament, the specific hidden coaching attributes actually have an effect on the ass man you choose, or is it simply motivating?

hope someone can help me on this, thanks.
