Lower Leagues Rule Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 You can recreate the whole league, but if you leave the Stadiums for Inter and At. Madrid in their respective countries while changing their nationality to English (The clubs) then it should allow Spanish and Italian players for those clubs alone as "non-foreign" and hence the rules shouldn't matter. As for the removal of Work Permits, I believe they are hard-coded so not sure if that's possible... Possibly go to the Editors forum and ask there they have a bit more knowledge of it than I do.
