Draakon
When unveiling new player (usually youngster) who is from other nation than your club and you have already established player from the same country in your squad you will be asked an innocent-looking question, something like: "Do you feel that (older player) could help (new player) to settle in (your country)" I've burned my hands with this question couple of times as I've said that "I feel (older player) could certainly help" or something like that and later on it appears that my new signing is unhappy about that answer. He obviously doesn't want his hand held by older compatriot. But sometimes he's happy about that. Now - what would be right thing to answer? Is there something to do with player personalities or reputation or age difference?
Boot442
I always go for the "up to everyone at the club to help them" option. Never had any adverse responses.
