Commenting on managers...

Just a quick question as to why when I go to comment on another manager most of the boxes are greyed out? Some of these boxes I have never actually had the opportunity to use!:/ Of course some of them are irrelevant so fair enough the 'relegation candidate' option being greyed out if they're in the play offs but quite a few I could have used in different scenarios and haven't been able to.

Also, if I make a comment on a maneger saying 'I think manager x can save team x from relegation' he can react in a certain manner maybe saying 'it's too early to consider relegation' and responding in this way although I never seem to be able to get given this option! Anybody know why?:confused:
