Valentine_ Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 there's this regen that many clubs are after now but when my offer got accepted and i tried to offer him a contract, he doesn't wish to negotiate at all. i used fmrte to check the reputation of my club, blackburn, and its way above the rest that he is considering contracts from. In my last game on FM10 there were 2 players at separate Northern Ireland clubs, both 16. One joined my team, Nantes, happily and the other rejected multiple contracts instead signing a new £25 p/w contract with his current club. I moved to West Ham and went for him again and had the same problem. Some players aren't inclined to move, whether that's down to drive and ambition or something else. Valentine_ Posted February 22, 2011 Author Share Posted February 22, 2011 i can't even offer him a contract. everything is greyed out at the contract screen with the agent saying his client doesn't want to talk to my club at this moment. i've praised him with the media and declared interest, and he said he's excited!
