rarecube
I had a question ... Ive also checked everywhere and cannot find a clear answer . I really appreciate all the help. When you buy ... Lets say for example a "coach" ... Does it add any benefit to the club? I mean I just got a new coach added on my team but doesnt seem like I can delegate any type of jobs to him . Thanks
Makalele
Coaches are mainly responsible for training. They are also useful to give backroom advice on players, staff, training, tactics, etc.
rarecube
But the more you have the better? Do they do their own thing or do you have to tell them ? If so how? Thanks a lot

sishuttleworth
As per Makelele's comment, coaches are responsible for training - accessed via the training tab from your team screen. When you first sign a coach, he'll be allocated to cover all different types of training. In it's simplest form, you want to allocate different coaches to training types that match their skills. For example, a coach with a fitness training attribute of 20, but a defensive training attribute of 2 would be good for strength and aerobic training, but not for defensive training.
