james170288
My understanding of a player becoming home-grown at club on fm11.2.1 is that the player bust be at your club for 3 years between his 15th and 21st birthday (were as in the past he could qualify before he turns 22, whilst still 21). Also, if you loan him out for lets say one season, that season will not count towards him gaining home grown at club status (again different from past versions of FM). Please correct me if I am wrong about either of the above points. My question is; if whilst managing a Spanish club, I want to send a player to the "reserves" will it still count as the player being at my club for the period of time he is in the "reserves"? As in spain the reserves are technically an affiliate club.
james170288
Does anybody have any idea about this? I have a few young players that are about to graduate from my youth team, but are not ready for the first team so I would like to move them to the B team, but only if I can still have them become home grown at my club.
