auberius Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 Having built (well, convinced the board to build) my first youth academy, it suddenly occurred to me that I have no idea, within the mechanics of the game, what they actually do? Do they give you more youth recruits? Do they make them better? They must have a defined function to be considered separately to the youth facilities generally, but what is it?
