Luton Town Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 When someone apply s to be my assistant manager when i go and offer them a contract it starts at a coach and then when i put it on assistant manager they don't want to be one and other people just don't want to go into negotiation with my club. so why do they apply in the 1st place Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
LUFC Barmy Army Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 I can't be sure but I think this has happened to me before a while back. Are they classed as Assistant Managers or Coaches? I know the Job Centre is a good feature, but I always hand pick my Ass Man from the Staff Search. I will use the Job Centre for all other staff roles though!
