Did well above expectations, gained promotion, etc. Board offers me $76,000 per year. I negotiate for $86,000 per year, they agree. Yet my salary still shows up as $76,000 per year. Thought perhaps it might have to kick in, but it stayed there the entire season. OK end of next season, performed well above expectations again. They offer a contract extension of $86,0000 per year, I negotiate for $100,000 per year, they agree. Yet my salary is STILL showing up as $76,000 per year. What in the heck is going on?
