Tactic / Match preperation issues

Hi,

I have seen a lot of threads and posts from people complaining that the pre-match preperation and Tactics are not working properly. From what I understand, set pieces are not being saved and issues with what tactic is being "learned"

I was hoping for someone to confirm what issues people are seeing with this, as I have had a few moments where I swear I have changed a set piece, and it doesn't seem to retain the changes. But I don't seem to notice any problems with the match prep, however I am not too sure what issue I am looking for.

Can someone please confirm what issues people are seeing with match prep and tactic creation / modification?
