Tutoring and loaning - private chat

For a start I'd like the private chat about tutoring to start with the youngster you want to tutor. That way you can get a list of suitable tutors which for me is much better ( I'dont see why si changed it tbh) and if the youngster refuses you miss the whole awkward moment of having the tutor get offended etc.

Also, I'd prefer if loaning came under private chat. That way you can emphisise more why you want them on loan and tell them they have no chance in getting any firstteam action until they have been loaned for a while.

I appologise if I'm going over old ground but I shought I'd just share my thoughts.

The loaning idea's actually pretty good. I too think it would help a youngster to be more open to a loan move. As for the tutoring part, I also agree, but I don't really think it matters that much. But sure, I would have preferred the FM10 style.
