footynut
Does it in a anyway have a negative effect on a players development? when it says "unhappy with workload" on his training overview page?
KK2003
I'm assuming so. If the player is unhappy with his workload he may be less motivated in training, or if you overwork him you may make him too tired and stall his development.
LFC Lloydy
Well training can have a negative effect as if they are worked too hard they will be more likely to get injured and/or burnt out. I have never left a player with a training schedule he doesn't like so I can't say exactly what will happen but I suspect as well as being a hint to lower his workload before you ruin him, he may also eventually decide he wants to leave the club if you ignore him.
