question to you all about new your new gens

was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem and if its an intentional new part of the game.

when i get my new gens, i always go through them and sign the ones that are good enough to a nice new contract so they cant be poached. as i like to poach them myself i really dont want to be a victum at my own game. lol.

however in fm11 none of my new guys ever want to even start nagotiating a new deal as they have just signed a new contact. yer, a new youth contract :S i want to give them a full time pre agreed pro contact like i use to.

i can offer other teams new gens contracts and some sign, but i cant stop my players getting poached like this.

another part of this years version that i hate, well, if it is actually intentional that is. lol
