FM09 Cannot activate certificate because it can't connect to the internet

Lord knows why. I've pressed back/next at least thirty times and every time it tells me it cannot activate the cerficate because it cannot connect to the internet, despite the obvious evidnce to the contrary. Could a firewall be affecting it, because i could confirm the bloody game on a dongle that has a speed of 0.008 MB p/s, and it just bloody wont work now.

Any help is appreciated.
