Filtering player search

I hate when searching for players and the results are full of unscoutable players due to board restrictions on scouting locations. Is there a way to filter the search so that you only see players that you can actually scout? If not, wouldn't this be relatively easy to add to the search function?

My understanding was that was a filter on the player's nationality/citizenship, but not necessarily their location. So if an African player was playing in France and I filtered for EU players, they would be excluded. Is that assumption incorrect?

yeah but you can filter for based in and do it for each place.

I must be blind, I've been playing this for (only) 3 years and I have noticed that filter before! Thanks for the help
