Procky1845
Hi Does anyone know how accurate the 2d pitch is at interpreting whats going on in the commentary? For example, when the pitch pops up, is whats shown a good indication of the positioning of my players or not? Just trying to work out if theres any tactical advantage in using it or if its mainly just for show. Thanks
SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted June 30, 2010 SI Staff Share Posted June 30, 2010 On the iPhone its pretty accurate now I've ironed out the glitches (unfortunately some of these still exist in FMH2010 PSP - although they will be fixed in FMH2011 PSP). Occasionally on the version you have the match and 2d will get out of 'sync' which might result in the 2d showing a rogue event (which basically is where the positioning/movment goes a bit 'odd'). The 2d has to 'interpret' things a little because the granularity of measurement/time in the match engine isn't as high as with FM PC - but obviously it should be useful as a way of indicating how things are going tactically because it is driven directly using the information from the match engine ... Procky1845
Right ok I see, so aside from the odd hiccup it should be reasonably accurate. Thanks very much.
